I think my cusin is a diaper but I am not sure I remember as kids when I stopped wearing diapers he always wanted to wear them for fun but as a kid I thought he just thought they where cumfy I havnt seen him in a while so I am not sure but to get to my point is how can someone tell a person is a spanko or diaper ?

To be honest I'm not sure. If a person were to like either or both diapers and spanking I'd think that they'd be pretty good at hiding it.

Well I have friend Karla who says she can not even say the word spank all she could get out was sp- and that would be it even when I talked to her on the phone since I originally meet her on deviantart she could not say it so I told just to keep on trying her best and if I ever meet her I would help her out but my best advice is if you were to tell someone about it just be brave take a deep breath focus and say it.
